Silcock Street
Lithgow NSW 2790

Three and four bedroom homes designed to complement the existing heritage buildings in the middle of a rehabilitated mining estate all within walking distance from the main township of Lithgow.

The new homes on Silcock Street have been designed in consultation with a heritage advisor to ensure the dwellings are constructed to respect the façade of the already established houses within the estate while incorporating a modern and contemporary finish which will suit the versatility required in our everyday busy lifestyle. The homes will be built by Tablelands Builders, who are fully qualified, insured and reputable company (further information).

A choice of 3 bricks is available to new homeowners to ensure the heritage aspect of the estate is considered.

Colourbond roofing will be used on all dwellings and in keeping with the heritage theme, 2 medium colours are available to choose from, Pale Eucalypt and Headland.

All homes are fully lined and insulated and meet all BASIC requirements, including the necessary environmentally conscious water tank.

Homeowners are encouraged to become involved in the interior design of the properties; choosing wall colours, tiling, floor coverings and doors (interior and exterior).

The kitchens within the properties have been designed by Kelso Kitchens and boast a large floor area with plenty of storage. The kitchens will have quality stainless steel appliances (dishwasher and all natural gas stove/oven) and a stainless steel sink. Homeowners are again encouraged to become involved with the kitchen design by choosing colours, finishes on cupboards and doors, bench tops, handles and splashbacks.

Heating of the homes will be natural gas central heating. This was chosen due to Lithgow’s rather chilly winter and will ensure your home is consistently warm all throughout winter. Hot water will be supplied by instantaneous gas, which will ensure constant supply.

Landscaping of the property will be included in your package. The features of the landscaping will be turf in front yard, grass seeded area at back, easy maintained gravelled areas at the sides, some paving, trees and shrubs. Your clothesline and letterbox will also be included. Homes will be fully fenced with picket front fence and colourbond sides and back – with an access gate located in the backyard.

Homes will feature standard indoor and outdoor lighting, phone, and television outlet. However, at an additional, reasonable cost a communications package can be discussed and arranged to suit your requirements.
